About Jill
Founded in 2002 in San Antonio, Texas, Pet Care By Jilly was built on one simple belief:
Pets are family.
Jill began her journey working at a dog camp, helping care for dogs in a play yard environment. Over time, she discovered her passion for personal, one-on-one care for animals.
Today, she shares her life with her own pets—Sparky, a lovable terrier mix, and Punkin, her affectionate 14-year-old cat.
